Janice Maffei is a senior consulting associate to the McCauley & Co. and a founding partner of VisionFirst, helping teams achieve breakthroughs in accomplishing their goals. Her entrepreneurial career builds on successes in insurance sales, marketing and management. Known for her work as a facilitator, strategic thinker and change agent, she has partnered with leaders in a variety of industries to achieve results including financial services, pharma, consumer health, hospitality and industrial products.
She produced and co-hosted Invent the Future, a weekly radio program featuring innovators in business, education and civic causes. In 100 shows, she interviewed such luminaries as Chet Huber, the founder of OnStar, Dave Kelley of IDEO and thought leaders like Seth Godin, Peter Block and Watts Wacker. A frequent public speaker, Janice has spoken to business groups on such topics as Rapid Innovation, Sustainable Business Practices and Selling with Style.
Janice is an active community volunteer. She has served three non-profits on their Boards of Directors – and most recently partnered with Women for Women International to create a circle of hundreds of supporters for the women survivors of war in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Congo. She was selected as a final round judge for the Thunderbird Innovation Challenge and a facilitator for both the Clinton Global Initiative and Urban Zen, Donna Karan’s initiative to reform health care.
For more than 15 years, Troy Genzer has provided management consulting and corporate advisory services for Fortune 500 companies, global market leaders, and new or emerging businesses. Troy offers clients of McCauley & Co. brilliant strategic planning and his expertise in applying cost management initiatives as a catalyst for organizational growth. Using scenario planning and balanced scorecard techniques, he excels at creating and implementing strategic planning processes.
Troy has led and assisted various organizational strategy engagements, with the overall objective of improving and managing corporate performance. He continues to works with clients competing in various industry sectors, including consumer products, energy and chemicals, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, telecommunications, and utilities.
Troy Genzer holds various teaching positions with Executive MBA Programs at Rice, Pepperdine, and Georgetown Universities. In addition, he guest lectures at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He received his Masters in Business Administration from Rice University and was awarded a Bachelor's in Business Administration, magna cum laude, with a degree in Finance, from Texas A&M University.
An avid water sports nut, Troy can be found kite surfing in Belize on most holiday weekends.

Ken brings over 25 years of hands-on management experience from a wide range of senior level executive positions at Memorex, Microdata, McDonnell Douglas, MSI Data and Symbol Technologies. He specializes in working with CEOs and senior management teams of closely held, middle market companies.
Ken Masco received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Presidents and Key Executives Program at Pepperdine University. He lectures on Leadership, Team Effectiveness and Truth Telling at universities and executive forums throughout Southern California on a regular basis.
Ken is a founding board member and past President of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA). He is also designated as a Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation.
Gifted on many levels, Ken is a talented craftsman, woodworker and cabinetmaker. He enjoys spending quality time with friends as well as designing outdoor landscapes, tending to his garden, and taking in the scenery at his home in the countryside.

During Peg's 35 years of hands on experience, she held a variety of technical, sales, marketing, internal consulting, and general business management assignments. A creative innovator, she co-designed the first global sales-specific management learning offering for a Fortune 15 company. She led their global effort to reenergize the sales culture for 30,000 sellers, repeatedly improving the selling climate and quarter-to-quarter results. Peg consulted with senior sales executives on personal leadership styles, organizational development, and strategy execution to optimize overall leadership and organizational effectiveness. Outcomes focused to improve the performance of their business units through more impactful leadership. Peg utilizes a combination of facilitation supported by group and individual coaching to create a higher performing team cultures. Her ability to coach the individual, the business and organizational environment has resulted in exceptional outcomes for the individuals and their businesses.
A graduate of the University of Illinois, Peg is an affiliate with the Hay Group, accredited with Corporate Coach University, certified by the Coaches Training Institute, and received the Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation.
Peg currently serves as a Board member of the South Carolina Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She is a sponsor in Women to Women International and a member of Women Making a Difference in Charleston, SC.
Alexia Longacre is a critical partner in McCauley & Co.'s success. Alexia brings our team a unique balance of left-brained, logical thinking and right-brained compassion in attending to clients' needs. She is heavily relied upon for her "big picture" planning skills, enthusiasm and impeccable standards. A stellar service model, clients of MK Performance Group remain in good hands thanks to Alexia's high-touch approach, attention to detail and honest, gracious nature.
Prior to becoming Business Manager of McCauley & Co., Alexia offered Business Administration assistance to Executives in varied industries, such as Entertainment and Environment, for companies such as Walt Disney Feature Animation, Dames & Moore, Welk Music Group and Sheraton Hotel. Her career in Business Administration spans over 20 years.
Alexia was born and raised in West Germany, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics. She also completed a three-year apprenticeship in a Law Office to become a Paralegal. For Alexia, the highlight of her job happens when she is devising new business strategies and acting as an "idea sounding board" for future plans.
Her interests include spending time with her wonderful family, discussing politics, world travel, supporting women in business, and equestrian pursuits.
